The Highwood Bocce Club is an institution in the little town of Highwood on the North Shore of Chicago. Famous for hosting International Bocce Tournaments, this “private” club is open to public play most days of the week. And with both indoor and outdoor courts, it’s a perfect environment for serious and amateur players. In fact, Street Level Studio has held several events at the club, and we’ve had a blast every time.

The club has experienced dramatic growth in membership over the last few years, and this growth has spawned a call for more services. The most recent need has been an increased interest in banquet facilities. With authentic homemade Italian cooking, it’s no wonder the demand is growing!

Street Level Studio was asked to help spruce up the recently built addition that holds banquets and events, and we were happy to be involved. Since bocce was the obvious theme, we searched for dramatic photos of the game in play. The result was four sizable murals that we had printed on huge sheets of plastic material and mounted to the walls. These will withstand all the partying guests can serve up and hopefully will add a little flavor of the sport for years to come.
